🌿 How to Use / उपयोग विधि

Powder: Take 1–3 g with warm water or honey, twice daily (as advised by Vaidya).
चूर्ण: 1–3 ग्राम गुनगुने पानी या शहद के साथ दिन में दो बार लें (वैद्य की सलाह अनुसार)।

Paste (for pain/swelling): Mix powder with warm water/oil and apply on affected area.
लेप (दर्द/सूजन में): चूर्ण को गुनगुने पानी या तेल के साथ मिलाकर प्रभावित हिस्से पर लगाएँ।

Decoction: Boil leaves/powder in water, reduce, and consume lukewarm.
काढ़ा: पत्ते/चूर्ण को पानी में उबालकर गुनगुना सेवन करें।
